Returns on Defective Merchandise

We do authorize returns for defective merchandise received upon arrival.  If you receive an item that has any defects or issues, please feel free to contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to report your issue.  If we are NOT notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return on your defective item.  In order to process your claim please follow the instructions below:

• Send a photo of the defective item to info@lindygboutique.com.
• Ensure you include your invoice details such as your order number and the item that is defective.

Once your claim is received Lindy G Boutique will process your claim within 3 business days and give you additional instructions on returning the defective item.  For returns we ONLY offer store credit or replace the item if we have it in stock.

All Sale/Marked Down items are FINAL SALE.

All swimwear and lingerie are FINAL SALE.

Please be sure that your address is formatted correctly or this will cause a delay with your shipment.

All orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information. Shipping will be completed by USPS or UPS.  An invoice will be included in your shipment.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  More details can be found on the shipping policy page.
